The 1920's makeup look.

I decide to do a series of make-up inspired by the years from 1920 to 2000.

Today I'm coming to you with a makeup inspired by the 1920 years.

Clara Bow, 1927

The image of the 20s is the characteristic wave in the hair, small snap- brim hats, bands in hair which according to the most fashionable trends have should be black and shiny. The canon of the beauty were Pola Nergi, Clare Bow, Louise Brooks or Nancy Cunard.  
We all know Coco Chanel, fashion designer. Her most famous product is the so- called little black dress, and in the 1922 year she launched  her first perfume the Channel N^o5 . 
The 1920s it is a period of silent cinema, and the trend of women smoking  cigarettes in pipes.

The features makeup of the 20s:

1. Face- pale shades of cream and ivory to a more natural hue.

2.  Eye- very dark, eyeliner was applied all the way around the eye and smudged outward; grey eye shadows.

3. Eyebrow- very thin and highly outlined round (women very often shave their natural eyebrows and drew the line above the natural line of the eyebrows).

4. Blush- applied to the apple of the cheek in a circular motion but it was not swept upward toward the hairline.

5. Lips- women craved an exaggerated cupid's bow which was achieved by coloring slightly above the natural lip line. Lower lip was minimized, along with the with the width of the lips.

5. Sleek Ultra Mattes V1 730 (light), (light grey color applied on the centre of the eyelid).

6. Sleek Storm 578 (metallic dark green and grey color).

7. Inglot Eye Shadow, matte 351.

8. L’Oreal Paris, Chrome Intensity, 186 timeless green.

9. Golden Rose, Dream Eyes Eyeliner, 401(applied on the upper and a bit on the lower lashline, then rubbed).

10. Max Factor, Eyebrow Pencil, 2 hazel

11. Max Factor 2000 Calorie, Dramatic Volume, black.

12. Max Factor, Colour Elixir Lip Liner, 10 red rush.

13. Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate, Lipstick 111 Kiss of life.
